In view of the many questions received states that the prohibition on marketing of shoppers goods do not comply with the biodegradability requirements specified by applicable technical standards, referred to 'a, paragraph 1130 of the Law of 26 December 2006 No 296, as amended by art. 23, paragraph 21 of Decree-Law novies 1 July 2009, n. 78, with amendments, into law August 3, 2009, n. 102 will apply from 1 January 2011.
remains to be disposed of stocks held in the years craft and trade on 31 December 2010, provided the supply is made in favor of consumers and exclusively for free.
The Ministry for the Environment, Land and Sea and the Ministry of Economic Development, in collaboration with the competent authorities, carry out checks to ensure strict compliance with current legislation.
